Data Learn Exeter Collects
In addition to your first name, surname and email address the following data will be collected as part of your use of Learn Exeter:
- Account activity to monitor usage and for security including; course enrolments, login timestamps, IP addresses
- Learning interactions for certification including; quiz answers, forum posts and completion tracking
- Communication data for course facilitation that includes forum content and survey information
- Technical data for platform optimisation including; browser type, device information and language preferences
Retention Periods Specific to Learn Exeter
Learner accounts will be suspended after 12 months of inactivity. All data for suspended accounts will be retained.
When an account reaches a total of 72 months of inactivity, the account will be inactivate and data related to it deleted.
